Whether you’re buying or selling your home, Gray Oak’s home inspection will help you understand its true condition. Our home inspection will help you determine which problems need to be addressed before the sale and which can wait. What we do

We carry out careful and thorough home inspections in accordance with InterNACHI and New York State standards.

InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) requires all home inspections to review: heating systems; central air conditioning systems; interior plumbing systems, inter electrical systems; roofs; attics; walls; ceilings; floors; windows and doors; foundations; basements; structural components.

Why home inspections matter

A home inspection will provide you with an honest and impartial review of the condition of a home and the pieces that make it up.

A home inspection will give you the information you need to buy or sell a home with peace of mind.

New York State certified.

New York State Division of Licensing Services requires that NYS home inspectors pass an exam and participate in continuing education to maintain and renew their state licenses and stay up to date with modern practices and technologies. Like NACHI, NYS requires that inspectors uphold a code of ethics and standards of practice.
